Survey Says...? (part two)

Yesterday's survey/blog entry generated a surprising amount of feedback and I thank you all for your willingness to help unload the clutter in my office.

Private messages have been sent to everybody on myspace and via email to those interested. If you are coming to this late in the game, see yesterday's blog entry. If interested, respond to me via private message on myspace or send me an email at jfgonzalez@jfgonzalez.com.

Tomorrow, Wednesday December 10, I will hopefully compile wish lists, send out remittance information and start packing books for shipping.

Thank you all,

JFG

Survey Says...?

I have an abundance of overstock on several of my books that I need to unload. The reason? I have no space.

Really.

With ten plus published novels and a couple of short story collections, I have multiple copies of various editions. It was kinda neat in the beginning to have all this stuff, but in the past year or two all these various editions have begun to crowd out my office space.

So I need to unload some of this stuff and here's where you come in. I can't afford to give any of this stuff away for obvious reasons. Our survey today is this: would you guys be interested in helping me unload some of this stuff by purchasing it for Xmas gifts or whatever? I can personally inscribe the items if you'd like. Most of the items in question are mass market paperback editions of Shapeshifter, Survivor, and The Beloved, but there are also plenty of small press editions of the same (and in the case of Survivor and The Beloved, those editions are out of print) as well as a few rarities. The DarkTales edition of Clickers. A couple of the Delirium hardcover editions of Clickers and Clickers II. Some other odds and ends too.

Mass Market paperbacks make great stocking stuffers. And depending on the size of the stocking in question, so do trade paperbacks.

Price on all items will be cover price (due to contractual reasons) with the exception of some of the rarer items, which I haven't figured out yet.

Let me know your thoughts. Myspace people can post your thoughts on the blog. If you're reading this on blogger, shoot an email to jfgonzalez@jfgonzalez.com. If the interest is there, I'll figure out a way to get this going. In most cases, items will be shipped the day payment is received via priority mail (shipping charges will be added).

If I get enough positive responses, I will post info on how we will proceed sometime tomorrow.
