The Columbus, Ohio appearance at Context will be of special importance to my readers who live in Ohio and Indiana. I've never attended a Context before, and the line-up and list of events sound fun. It's been years since I've been to any kind of SF/Horror Fan-oriented convention but I couldn't resist this one. Some of my friends will be attending this one, as well as scribes I know pretty well that I like hanging out with. It'll be a chance to do a little business, sign some books, impart some wisdom on panel discussions, and tilt a few at the hotel bar with some of you. So if you're in the area, come on by. It'll be fun.

Other appearances....as in publication appearances...well, things are shaping up there. I've got stories scheduled to appear in Doorways, Shroud, and Chop Shop Horror over the next few months. I can't reveal news on the publication on an upcoming novel yet because as they say...it ain't official until the contracts have been signed and the advance is deposited to the bank account...but I hope to inform you all of some news along these lines very soon about an entirely brand NEW novel I'm really excited about.

Aside from that, I'm busy working on several projects: a new novel, a secret project I can't tell anybody about, as well as the usual stuff that needs to be written to pay the bills around here.
